“Item is as expected. The 5 stars is more for Rattle & Drum. Delivery is prompt and they helped amend a previous order with ease over the phone. One tip for them though is I was wondering where some items were. They didn't advise of a delay because they were coming from Germany. Would have been easier for all if I didn't have to enquire. Not a problem once I was aware. Love their website and I have found their customer service to be great.”

“Generally good but one (in 32) snapped off in lug meaning I had to buy a new lug for £11 so not ideal..”

“I bought 2 packs of these to repair a snare drum I bought off Ebay. They look really impressive as the original screws had rusted and they made the snare look new. Delivery was on time and the payment process was easy.”
