“If you read stuff about this rack, many seem to dismiss it as “a solution looking for a problem”. I disagree. I have a virgin bass drum, I hate having an area cluttered with tripod legs, and it’s always a struggle to get a consistent setup with toms attached to cym stands. For a small set up, this fixes all of it. Gibraltar sturdiness applies to this as well as it does with their other racks. It fits snuggly over a 22” bass drum, and I have the option to mount 1 Tom and 3 Cyms wherever I like without cluttering up my floor space. It’s light to carry around and quick and easy to set up. If you’re serious about getting one, consider memory locking everything in place to stop slippage (I had problems with a 10” DW Tom, removed by a collar lock on each side), and it’s a bit of a weird shape to carry around - the Gibraltar bag works well for the rack and you can pop it all in with rack clamps in place. Overall, glad I got it and recommend it for neat smaller setups”
