“The rack hooks are ok, but Gibraltar are missing a trick by not making a split clamp. Having to slide the holder over the pipe means having to dismantle the drum rack/gong stand to make changes......”

“I had recently purchased a 40" gong and as per the gong seller's advice, we sought out the special gong hook needed to hang the gong. There was only one supplier, Rattle & Drum although they had none in stock and needed to come from Germany - the head office. I spoke to someone in the UK at great length, describing the stand and what it looks like etc. It took 11 days for this hook to arrive! But....this round clasping bit didn't really open up and I couldn't use it on the gong stand after all that! Very disappointed. Not only did it take so long for this gong hook holder to arrive; when it did arrive, it didn't fit on the rail!! £24.95 wasted! There was no point sending it back so i just removed the hooks from the gadget and used them. To date, this is how the gong is hung and used. I'm not saying Rattle & Drum didn't do their job....it's best not to say to the customer: yes it most likely is what you're looking for and it should work...”

“Very strong hooks, they hold my 32" gong with ease. The clamps are easy to add to the Gibralter tube too. Would recommend the system to anyone.”
