“Ordered small pack of fret wire on Tuesday 21st April, got an email saying it would be with me in 2-3 days. As of 28th April still not arrived. Tried 'phoning Rattle & Drum, left message, no response as of 11.55 Wednesday 29th April.”

Hi, I'm sorry you have received less that satisfactory service from us here at Rattle and Drum. We did have a very serious issue with Royal Mail loosing a sack of our mail. This did eventually get found and almost all of the affected customers eventually got their purchases. In terms of the phone call, we were running with just one of our 5 staff members but have realised we furloughed too many, not anticipating so many sales online. We have now got 2 of us working but phone calls have been an issue in this regard. We have however made sure we respond to emails as we can do this out of hours, we also find that people who purchase online prefer to communicate in this way.
