“The bed wedge props me up nicely and deals with the acid reflux but it's not working for me because I can't sleep on it. Although it's only a 6 inch wedge, to my sense of balance it feels like lying on a cliff edge and I can't relax! I'm tall, slim with hypermobile joints and I constantly slip down the wedge. The only way I can not slip is to curl my legs up to prop myself up on the wedge - but that causes hip pain. After hours of sleepless tossing & turning and repositioning myself I usually discard the wedge at 3am and doze until my alarm goes off at 6:30...and I'm tired and achy all day.”
