Hello as explained on email, we do no glue the memory foam right up to the foam as glue would show. The last 1cm-ish is not laminated but the rest is. This does not affect the performance of the product (and is in fact, on the bottom of the product too). “I purchased this pillow as I suffer with acid refux especially when lying down, which also seems to cause snoring and coughing during the night Reading the reviews I thought I would give the wedge pillow a go. I do suffer with my back and neck but if found using this has made my sleep so much better, my coughing and snoring has really settled down and find myself being able to get out of bed in the more far easier and my back is not so painful. I am able to use my neck support pillow with this also so ny neck is still supported. From my perspective, I cannot recommend this pillow enough.”

“This has helped someine suffering from acid reflux problems. They still like to use a pilow or two with it at times but is much easier to use than trying to raise bed head. Placed it under the mattress covers and it doesn't move (very much, restless sleeper).
