“I have ordered many items from Putnams over the years and have always received my items promptly. I thought I had ordered a bed wedge with a spare cover. It did not arrive with the additional cover (they come with one included). When I rang up to complain they stated I had not purchased the spare cover. When checking my invoice this was true. I am sure I had clicked it at check out. I am 73 but am good with my tablet and sure I did click it. I think there was an error with the website at checkout. Happy with product. Mrs Gillian K.”
