Since using it i have woken up with back pain and have slid so far down the bed my feet are hanging off the end! It should be made clear that you cannot return if it has been used. What is the point in offering a return unless you are able to try it first?!”

We send out the bed wedge in a sealed bag so that it can be tried before purchasing. The bag also has stickers attached "once opened this item is non-returnable" However once this bag is removed it is no longer eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
