I bought this cushion for my husband who was experiencing problems travelling in his car over longish periods. It has been hugely beneficial.

I have ischial bursitis and bought the extra thick cushion (as mentioned by another reviewer) . It’s made sitting much easier, and I’m very happy that I purchased it. Thank you for your well made product and excellent service.

I have been struggling with sitting for over a year, with ischeal pain. This caused real problems with driving any distance. Using this cushion I managed to drive over 400 miles in 3 days, virtually pain free

It is very comfortable but I find the cutout needs to be further back as the rear of the cushion still catches my coccyx. It's certainly soft enough and supportive but just not quite the right shape for me.

Hi Gwen, thank you for the review, we actually produce this cushion with a coccyx cut-out which may be more useful if that is your specific problem area (the cut-out is at the back only). https://putnams.co.uk/collections/coccyx-cushions/products/sero-pressure-cushion-coccyx-cut-out For future customers reading this the Bonyparts cut out is recommended for those that have muscle wasting, particularly bony bums and those suffering with pain on the sitting bones. - Putnams Team
