“Cannot fault the speed and efficiency in which our order was dealt with. I was kept informed at all times about the timing of my delivery. My disappointment came when my ordered was delivered. It was brought to the front door by the delivery guy and left for my husband and I to try and get it into the house. We are both pensioners and had the delivery been five minutes later I would have been at the house on my own as my husband had an appointment. How on earth would I have managed??”

“Had oesophagus removed with cancer so no upper sphincter in stomach anymore. This works more often than not but occasions can get some reflux. The cotton cover to put the two sections of wedge in is either too small or the wedges off the scale friction actually made it impossible for me to get the wedges in to the cover. After lots of pulling and tugging a seam split. Certainly not something one person can do easily. Bit disappointed with that. Also please please please read small print. They will not accept returns unless the wedges are in the original wrapper and packaging, you cannot get that off without cutting or tearing. And you cannot return if used? You are never going to be able to assess over a couple of nights at least if it works for you and return if not. 1 because you have used it and 2 because the original packaging is damaged. A lot of money to spend on something if it does not work for you given that its need is more of a medical need than consumer comfort.”

Regarding the return, we accept returns (within 14 days) as long as they are unused condition which means no marks, hairs, smells or signs of use.
