“I was cross at first as if you take the plastic bag off you can't return it. So trying it was like laying on a crisp bag! However I took the gamble and unwrapped it. Two weeks in and I've not had a stiff neck and find it really comfortable. It was an expensive gamble though as it's not cheap.”
