“I have trouble adjusting to this pillow. To be fair, I have spent many a year with a much heavier foam pillow from another maker. This gave me increasing neck-ache recently. On purchasing this pillow, I found that it wasn’t so supportive in the middle of the pillow where a purpose built depression for the ear of a side sleeper is positioned. Therefore, I have to sleep to the side of the depression when sleeping on my side to get anywhere near a comfortable night. My problem is made worse by using a pillow wedge for a medical condition. I am still adjusting to the new pillow but I rarely get a complete night’s sleep. I have had less neck-ache since using it however. A mixed result so far.”
“Bought this as my neck pain was getting worse and i found i was trying to scrunch my existing pillow under my neck to support it. So i thought i should give one of these specially shaped pillows a go.
Pleased i did as i have found it gives me the support i need to alleviate my neck pain.
Seriously thinking about getting a small travel version now as have lost count of the number of nights tossing and turning in hotels with uncomfortable pillows to blame !
Only drawback is that it is warm to sleep on so may well have to purchase one of the Putnam's cool 'pillowcases' for the summer.
Spent a lot of money on this companies products but have not been disappointed. Maybe the perfect example of the saying "you get what you pay for ".”
