“It is firmer than I expected and the weight needs to be bigger as it slips on faux leather. It still makes a difference so wouldn’t send back. Cotton or linen material options would be good as the beige looks a like it belongs in an old people’s home.”
“The counterbalancing weight isn’t sufficient to keep the cushion in place at head height. We have taken half of the wadding material out to reduce the firmness and provide more cushioning. It’s OK as a product but the materials used are not of a high standard. Overall, it is most certainly overpriced for what you get.”
