“The counterbalancing weight isn’t sufficient to keep the cushion in place at head height. We have taken half of the wadding material out to reduce the firmness and provide more cushioning. It’s OK as a product but the materials used are not of a high standard. Overall, it is most certainly overpriced for what you get.”
“Not for me. I wanted something to stop my head falling to the side when I nodded off in the chair. Didn’t fit the chair I wanted it for and was far too firm for my neck and shoulder problems. I will keep it as I managed to remove a large portion of Dacron and can use it on the settee.”
