“I got the hollow fibre as it was meant to be soft. Unfortunately for me it was far too hard and too high. But I’m quite small so most pillows are too high for me. I unpicked the stitches and pulled some of the fibre out and it was much better for me but still not too comfortable for my neck so I’m using it cushion between my knees.
I left 3 stars just because for me it was neither good nor bad. I think a memory foam version would suit me best but it isn’t an option.”
Hi Sian, we do rate the fibre version as "soft£ as most people find that to be the case. It is hard to define "soft" for everyone. I am pleased to hear you found a solution to the problem. We could make a memory foam version but it would have to be a shredded memory foam filling. From experience the memory foam shredded filling clumps unevenly and doesn't make very good products. We do not like making sub par products so at this time we will not be making one but thank you for the idea/feedback. - The Putnams team
