What did this product help heal or comfort? It was meant to help me sleep but it didn't

“I got the softest one of these and unlike other Putnam's products, I have not found it as helpful as I'd hoped. it is not as soft as I expected and I have tried it under my neck and also under my knees, as currently, after getting a new hip, I have to sleep on my back. I am sure this is a great product for some people and I still think Putnams is a really good company - but this one is not for me.”

What did this product help heal or comfort? Very sore right hip and the pillow supports my leg in a comfortable position.
