It improves the adherence of topcoats such as Rustoleum Dacfill or Rustoleum Dacfill HZ.</p> <h3>What is it best used for</h3> <p>Rustoleum 44 HS Primer is best used as an impregnating flat roof primer and for corrugate fibre asbestos roofs. One hour after application 44 HS Primer will be water and rain resistant. Offering you excellent flexibility without cracking and solid UV resistance. </p> <h3>How to apply the product</h3> <p>Rustoleum Mathys Primer 44 HS can be applied by paint brush or airless paint spray. This flat roof primer is touch dry within one hour and ready to recoat after 24 hours. After a further 24 hours the coat will reach full hardness. Rustoleum 44 HS Primer should be applied in a dry and well ventilated area.</p><h3>Surface/Environment it is designed for</h3><p>Rustoleum Mathys Primer 44 is ideal for Corrugated Fibre Asbestos roofs and porous concrete.
