<h2>Owatrol Easy Surface Prep offers exceptional adhesion on non-porous surfaces such as lacquers, varnishes, baked enamels, ceramics, kitchen furniture, radiators and even glass.</h2> <p>Owatrol ESP Easy Surface Prep, is an easy wipe-on/wipe-off product that prepares and primes the surface all in one, negating the need for the dirty, dusty and laborious job of sanding. Quick and easy to use, ESP leaves a micro-priming bonding film that promotes the strong adhesion of paint to any non-porous surface. Easy on the hands and virtually odourless, ESP is a clean, effective and easy way to prepare any non-porous surface for painting, thereby saving on time and labour.</p> <p>Owatrol ESP, Easy Surface Prep is basically a bonding primer which stops the laborious job of having to sand and key up a surface. You can just use this bonding film that promotes strong adhesion to new paint or on any non-porous surface. It's a very simple, wipe on, wipe off application and you will need to give the surface a clean down first. Remove any loose or flaking debris, any flaking paint, clean it down so you don't have to sand the surface. You can, using a lint free cloth, wipe the ESP over the surface. You can then overcoat, once dry, from around two hours onwards. You can then use any type of solvent based or water based paint or varnish over the top of it. It will help the bonding process and the adhesion process.</p> <h3>Best Uses</h3> <p>ESP Easy Surface Prep by Owatrol is a magnificent cleaning product that works excellent to prepare surfaces for the painting of priming with other products. ESP cleans all old painted surfaces and leaves a thin film before recoating. Once applied to the surfaces, you can paint over it after 2 hours and anywhere up to 7 days after.</p> <p>It is an acrylic, alkyd resin for internal or exterior use. It can be used on all sorts of surfaces for example lacquers, varnishes, baked enamels, ceramics, even glass, kitchen furniture, radiators, things like that where paint will struggle to stick to, dense surfaces. It has particularly good coverage at eighteen square meters a liter. It can be applied fairly liberally with a clean cloth wiped over the surface. You can then leave it for about five minutes and following that wipe off any excess that hasn't stuck. This product should not be overcoated with 2 Pack Epoxies, cellulose, xylene and urethane coatings.</p> <h3>Application</h3> <p>Owatrol ESP Easy Surface Prep can be applied using lint free cloth, <a href="https://www.promain.co.uk/painting-accessories.html"><strong>brush or roller</strong></a> and has a theoretical coverage rate of 18m2 per litre.
