Rustoleum Hard Hat 1015 / 1078 Heat-Resistant Coating resists temperatures of up to 750 degrees celsius and continuous temperatures of approximately 650 degrees C.</p><h3>Best Uses</h3><p>Rustoleum Hard Hat 1015 / 1078 Heat-Resistant Coating is best used on bare metal or slightly rusted surfaces on applications indoors or in a sheltered outdoor environments on things like engines, heat cannons, pipes, and vents to offer high quality heat protection. </p><h3>Application</h3><p>Rustoleum Hard Hat 1015 / 1078 Heat-Resistant Coating can be applied by brush to a number of different appliances and is touch dry after just 2 hours, providing the temperature is of about 20 degrees C and dry. “This is a review of the black version of this paint ,very good quality and easy to apply to metal areas on my car BUT was a touch disappointed that the paint did say satin / matt but it is very matt !! Would of been nicer a little less dull as it shows on the top of the lid of the tin..”

“Followed the instructions on the tin. Paint went on well, good coverage and only one coat needed as quite dense. Have driven 1000 miles and still looks as good as when I first applied it. Have not tried it on manifold pipes. Very happy with it and used far less paint than I expected.”

“HAD A PROBLEM WITH PRODUCT SETTLING OUT IN TIN IT WAS REPLACED IMMEDIATELY WITH A NEW TIN WHICH I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH. GOOD FAST SERVICE.”
