Path and Patio Sealer 405 is a milky solution which dries to a clear hard-wearing, water repellent film. Path and Patio Seal 405 Clear is safer to use than other conventional solvent based products in the sense that it is non flammable and will not harm any plants or animals, making it environmentally friendly.</p> <h3>What is it best used for?</h3> <p>Path and Patio Seal 405 Clear is best used for producing a low sheen, slip resistant finish that prevents damage from the effects of sunlight, water, oil, petrol and fungal/moss growth. Path and Patio Seal 405 Clear works well at reducing dirt pick up and facilitates easier cleaning, while improving the appearance of dull paths/stone.</p> <h3>How to apply the product?</h3> <p>Path and Patio Seal 405 Clear can be applied using brush or roller and has an approximate drying time of 4 hours in warmer conditions. Path and Patio Seal 405 Clear is available in 5 Litre tins and has a good coverage rate of 8m2 per litre. Make sure surfaces are free from grease, dust, loose material and fungi. Do not apply in conditions below 5 degrees celsius and allow 2 hours drying time before applying a second coat.
