<h2>Centrecoat R05 BF Facade Cleaner is a high performance renovating cleaner formulated to remove algae growth from exterior walls and facades.</h2> <h3>Best Uses</h3> <p>Centrecoat R05 BF Facade Cleaner is suitable for the cleaning and removal of organic and microbiological growth such as moss, lichen and algae from vertical walls such as building facades, domestic and commercial walls, retaining walls, bridges, car parks, heritage buildings. Suitable for both internal and external use. Suitable for use on porous facade surfaces such as natural stone, cement, tarmac, brick, terracotta and more.</p> <h3>Application</h3> <p>Supplied ready to use. Apply neat to a dry or damp surface with a brush, roller or sprayer. Soak the area with a generous, even application. Leave for 20 - 90 minutes, then rinse with water and allow to dry. Ideally afterwards protect the cleaned surface with a suitable anti fungal agent to limit regrowth.</p>
