Sika Patio Seal is a low odour, fast drying, water based coating that is easily applied by brush or paint roller. When first applied it will leave a milky white appearance that when dry will become a durable finish that will protect patios, paving slabs as well as block paving from oil and fat stains as well as air borne pollution and general dirt or even tree sap from staining.<h3>Best Uses</h3><p>Sika Patio Seal has been designed and manufactured for application to paving and other mineral surfaces. Being water based this patio seal is easy to apply and offers low odour. Once applied the surface appearance will be enhanced and a protective barrier will be created that protects agains dirt, grime and algae. </p><h3>Application </h3><p>Before applying Sika Patio Seal the surface must be cleaned to remove any ground in dirt or stubborn stains this is best achieved by the use of a jet wash followed by applying Centrecoat GS36 allowing to dry then applying the Sika Patio Seal using a roller. Sika Patio Seal is not only suitable for applying to old and existing patios, paths, stonework or driveways but is ideal for new un-treated surfaces. </p><h3>Surface and Environment</h3><p>Ideal for all types of both new and recently cleaned concrete and stonework such as Vehicle and Pedestrian Areas, Drives, Patio's, Leisure Areas, Walkways, Paths and Paving Slabs.</p>
