The hand-held WeedBall is ideal for targeting weeds without the risk of affecting surrounding plants. The hollow stemmed handle is filled with the weed killer, the tap turned on and the herbicide is then applied. There’s no risk of drift or overspray and it can be used on even the windiest of days. Holding approx.800ml of a glyphosate weedkiller, such as Roundup, this weed control method is ideal for gardens and general areas. Its flat sided roller ball design also makes it easy to use along walls and kerbs edges.

Controlling weeds with the WeedBall Applicator
Use with glyphosate based herbicides such as RoundUp or a general purpose weed killer
If using a glyphosate such a RoundUp herbicide. Mix 1 part of glyphosate to 9 parts of water to make a 10% solution
Also suitable for use with non-toxic chemicals
Always use products in line with the manufacturers instruction label
How to use your Weedball
First place the Weedball head in a bucket of water and squeeze all the air out
Let the ball fill up with water
Remove the applicator from the bucket and squeeze out the excess water
Your Weedball is ready to use
Make sure the black flow control tap is set to OFF before you poor your weed killer into the applicator handle
The black flow control tap can be adjusted to make sure the ball is damp during use
If the ball becomes too wet, adjust the tap control towards the OFF position
Roll the ball over weeds, making sure that it remains moist.
Where weeds are larger or dense an application in two directions may be required
To reduce wastage always mix less herbicide than anticipated you can always mix more
Cleaning and Storing
If the ball or roller gets dirty. Turn off the tap and wash the ball with water
After use, empty the handle reservoir, turn the black control tap to FULL and wash the applicator thoroughly with water.
Hang the applicator upwards by the hole next to the black flow control tap
When not in use make sure the control tap is turned to the off position
