“This does not work instantly like some glyphosate weed killers, but over 2 days the weeds wilted and turned brown and are dissipating. I think in the correct dillutions this can be and effective measure against unwanted growth on paths and driveways. It does have a slight odour but we know that the active ingredient, in these dilutions, is not harmful to cats and dogs, or humans.”

“Basically doesn't kill weeds. It actually seems to make them grow back quicker and more vibrant, I call it a weed food, brilliant at that, it would get 5 stars.”

“This is an eco-friendly product, which is why I have been using it. My one concern is that, while it can be quickly effective on a lot of weeds, it does not kill all weeds.”

Hi Steven, Thanks for the feedback - due to the nature of this product it kills the weed it is applied to however, unlike glyphosate based products, it does not control the weed all the way down to the root so can have different affects on different weeds. The ProGreen Team

“Burnt off the top of the grass very quickly but 80% grew back within a month. Expensive for what it is and I suspect that vinegar and a splash of fairy liquid would do the same job for a fraction of the price. Will go back to glyphosate next time.”

“As it says on the packet, the effect is visible within 2-3 days. This may not be important in terms of overall efficacy but it is a welcome aspect.”

“Good on weeds with 'fat' leaves- but not with toughies like Mare's tails. Maybe will need stronger solution which will hike the price for use.”
