Dear Tony, We are sorry to heat that you have not had success with the grass seed. The key to sowing seed and results is primarily ensuring strong soil to seed contact, as well as, even, in cooler months ensuring it is watered at the correct level. All our seed is purchased fresh every year, so no old stock held, plus it is germination tested to UK DEFRA standards which means seed has to achieve a germination level of over 99% in test conditions. We have also contacted our suppliers and they have come back saying that the batch that you received has not been seen to have any issues so far. “Grass seed arrived and was sown the same day.I have today cut the two patches that I re sowed and everything is fine. More to the point I contacted your company and asked for some advice, not related to the seed I purchased from you.I spoke with Robert who was exceptionally good .If and when I require more seed there is only one place I will contact.”
