I had difficulty accessing the assessment so I sent you an email to which I never received a reply and ended up missing the time slot for the assessment

Dose not tell you if you pass or fail and you have to go through 2 different companies to find anything out not good enough

Hi Toby, We are sorry to hear that you have not found your experience with the rodent management course to be a good one. The system should tell you if you have passed or not once you have completed the assessment however we will pass this on to Lantra so they are aware that there have been issues when it comes to them revisiting the training/assessment platform. Course was informative and gave a certificate at the end. The inital process was the failing point. I expected instant access (as with most online course) however this had to be done manually which took a few days. The system for assessing the exam was fair but again it took several days for 'approval'. I think the systems can be enhanced to be more efficient. Delivery of items recieved from Pro Green was not suitable. A large box of pesticide / poision left on on top of the post box. No effort for it to be delivered in a safe place within farm compund. Throughout the course there was constant warnings about mishandling of pesticides. Delivery was not cheap either.

Hi Ashley, Thanks for sending your feedback through. As the training and assessment are held through an external agency the registration process has to be done manually so we are able to pass all the information we get through to LANTRA. We will pass on these comments to them so they are aware that this has caused delays. In terms of your delivery this is not acceptable and we will be passing this information on to our account manager at the delivery company. You are correct that the parcel should not have been left in this way especially due to the fact that the delivery is more expensive as the couriers are qualified to handle these goods. Really bad customer service. I failed my first exam, but after studying the content for two weeks prior to taking it, I found some of the content not relevant to the course. After booking a re-sit and finding the instructions a bit confusing I tried to click on the link, but it had expired. I then spoke to the exam provider who was unhelpful and said that because the link had expired I would have to pay again to re-take it. Having already paid over £200 and feeling I have paid for something I did not receive, I am unwilling to take this again through this provider. I felt it was a very unfair process and so will be seeking a different exam provider to take it again. I would not recommend this provider.

Hi Pete, We are sorry that you feel this way. The content within the exam is covering everything that you would need to know when it comes to rodent management and not everything that you cover will turn up in the exam as with most test papers. We do offer resits for the exam at a discounted cost (this is stated in the course listing) so if you had called us directly we would have been able to sort this out for you. Very disappointed in the quality of this training. Many exam questions were not covered in the course content. Did not send results, had to phone to chase up after 4 weeks. Indicates its a open book exam, but this is only true if you download and print a 90 page booklet. Very expensive and very poor quality.

Poorly delivered, a droning robotic voice that mispronounces many words. Poor graphics with pointless drag and drop exercises. Sadly you're restricted to this provider
