“You state “we value you’re custom” Do you? I purchased a brass cooper peggler adjustable Spray nozzle. On inspection and an attempted use it really isn’t adjustable and I highly doubt it is actually cooper pegger. There is no restriction to prevent the nozzle from falling off when trying to adjust the spray degree. I contacted your customer service department 4 weeks ago and I am still yet to receive a follow up call to discuss the issue. Great customer service. I feel highly valued!”
