“Part was absolutely fine, does the job and saved me buying a whole new breaker. Unfortunately, delivery was an absolute farce. Made sure I was home but no delivery took place, then I get an email saying I wasn't at home (nobody on my ring doorbell). Rebooted for the next day but no delivery attempted, then it was just posted through the letterbox without being signed for. Will shop for your products through Topps in future”

We can see that DX courier was in the location on 30/10/23, however there is no picture of this attempt. We can then see this was delivered on the 1/11/23. DX policy with delivery is a signature service, however with this being posted through letter box on the 2nd attempt we can only apologise that this was not done on the first occasion.
