“I ordered some coasters & was dissapointed with the colour. After a quick email I was sent an apology explaing why the colour may have been faulty & replacements were sent the next day. I couldn't have asked for a better service, the coasters are fab & I would use Prinster again any time. Many thanks, Michelle”
