“Very high quality mug with pictures of equally high quality, optimised so that square photos have their edges rounded off to look great. Wouldn't bother with the gift box, if I were you; and it's worth knowing everything's delivered by Royal Mail - so unless you stay in all day every day you'll probably have to go and pick it up from your local sorting office rather than get it from your next-door neighbour, which all sensible delivery companies agree to do if you're out!”

“Woeful! Ordered a collage mug as I’ve done in the past from other companies. First the pictures came so dark you couldn’t see them, then they resent and the second they’d altered so much they lost all definition and detail. Now my replying when asking for the name of a manager after I contacted trading standards. Rip off company and the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! AVOID!”
