“Having happily used Printster in the past for our small business, we had a very disappointing recent order. The colour match of the printed mugs to our logo was WAY off (obviously so - not just us being pernickity), and many of the mugs had an orange 'tide mark' around the printing area. We contacted Prinster straight away, and received a helpful response saying that they had had some known issues with printing recently. We accepted their offer of a reprint. Heard nothing for a fortnight - and then a random email saying they weren't going to honour that offer after all...”

“My mugs came in their own individual boxes (very useful for me), within a very fast time frame from ordering and with fantastic print quality. I'm incredibly impressed and will be swapping from my usual supplier and using Printster from now onwards for all my mug printing, as having used about three different firms before, it's clear to me that Printster's standard of easy online ordering service, speed and price all combine together to make Printster great value for money.”
