“Ordered these masks for my sons 21st birthday. I wasn't sure if the photo I wanted to use was suitable so I contacted customer services. Jo was fantastic, confirmed the photo would make a suitable mask and replied very quickly. I placed the order and it was delivered within 48 hours. The masks are superb - very good quality print and material. My son is going to hate me lol:-). Thanks Prinster - going to be a great party!!”

“Unbelievable service. The original order was processed and delivered super fast, but I was disappointed with the face colour (my husband looked like a tomato!) so contacted customer services and they asked for a photo of the masks so they could compare. The production team agreed they weren't quite right and replaced the whole set of masks just as swiftly as the first delivery. Fantastic customer service and product and a great laugh at the party. Will certainly recommend. Thanks Jo and team.”
