“The worst service I’ve ever received! Please save yourself the disappointment and do not order from this website. I ordered the face masks for a bridal shower and paid for next day delivery, they arrived a week later, therefore we couldn’t use them for the event. I called every day and kept being told they would arrive ‘tomorrow’ what this meant was that rather than ordering more from a different site, I had someone at the house waiting for them every day to arrive. I called on the day I needed them and it had been 5 days since the order had been processed and I was told they would arrive by 5pm - of course they didn’t. However my partner stayed home and waited for them. I called the following day and asked for a refund and they said this isn’t possible as the order has gone through and there is nothing wrong with the masks. They tried to blame the new courier company they are using and I was told that since it’s the courier company and not them I will not be getting a refund, which I find very unprofessional. I did receive the masks 7 days later and they weren’t cut-out properly. The print was very fuzzy too and the quality of the card was poor, it was like paper. Please guys order your things elsewhere.”

“Ordered there very last minute for a hen party, sent over a picture that’s wasn’t great quality, totally my fault but this was rectified with Amiee via email so quickly. I sent over a selection on pics and she picked the best one for me and processed it that day. Massive special thanks to Amiee in the customer service department for getting the masks to me in time for then hen! So polite and professional even with me emailing and calling to check on the order! Thank you and would recommended and use this company again.”
