“I really like the fabric and style, very comfortable, but on second night of wearing a button fell off, then when inspecting all the other buttons found they all needed re-stitching to prevent loss because there is no spare button supplied. Not pleased having to do this to a brand new nightshirt.”

Hi Beryl, I'm so sorry to hear this. This definitely should be the case. We did have a batch of the trouser sets which we took off sale and sent to a third-party company to have this corrected and when we were confident the problem had been rectified, we put the stock back on sale. This hopefully shows you how seriously we take any quality problems we discover with our products. I believe this is an isolated issue with which your garment perhaps shouldn't have passed the quality control checks we put on our products.
