Before I leave my review I want to say what’ I think good customer service actually is! Every company can sell a good product. Every good product manufacturer can have issues, it’s how you deal with those issue, that shows good customer service. Bought a De’Longhi Fivy, Oil Filled Radiator back in 2020. Unfortunately, it developed an electrical fault, contacted customer services at CNM and they organised a replacement part, which was fitted and tested within 24hrs. Obviously, I’m happy that I didn’t have to buy a new radiator, having it repaired was considerably cheaper and helps that little bit for the environment by not having to replace the whole unit. That’s great customer service, thank you and keep up the good work.

Bought 3 De'Longhi Fivy Oil Filled Electric Radiator about a months ago , from CNM Online and I am not impressed with quality of finish for the price, you can see in perfections in the metal before they had been painted the paints has chipped of the top of one already, and randomly turn on its own I don't want the hassle complaining, because it was hassle sending one back they are warm but due to paint chipping I think they will look tatty very soon.

Hi John, Firstly, may I take this opportunity by thanking you for your honest and candid review. All feedback is taken seriously and is acted upon to improve the customer experience. We have been distributing the Delonghi Fivy radiators since 2017 and to be honest it is very rare we have any problems with the quality or performance of the brand. The Fivy Oil Filled Radiators are dispatched directly from the manufacturer in Italy. Due to their popularity, large quantities are sold and logistically every radiator cannot be unboxed and repackaged prior to despatch. They are inspected by the quality control team at Delonghi before we receive them, with assurances that we are in receipt of a high calibre product. Having said that, it must be accepted that any manufactured product can slip through the proverbial net at the quality control stage. Also, John to make you aware, the Delonghi fivy is a sustainable product, unlike most electrical panel heaters sold in the UK. Every part can be repaired or replaced. In Fact, we are repairing radiators sold back in 2017, rather than replacing them. We are very saddened to hear that the experience with the Delonghi Fivy radiator did not meet your expectations. We did collect and replace the said item which I hope was to your satisfaction.

I bought the 1.8kw and 2x 1 5kw and I can only say from start to finish I would highly recommend both the heaters and staff I spoke to who were really helpful in every way.

I felt very comfortable buying from CNM the staff were so easy to talk to. All the reviews were positive. I will be buying from them again as the heater looks so good. Haven't tried it yet but I bought it for my son he is delighted with the look of it .

On the lounge wall looking very smart. Just bought them ready for next winter but already had to use them when it was chilly. My husband and I feel the cold. We are both retired and at home so have the heating on during the day. They should work out much cheaper to run than our old underfloor system ..

I have replaced all electric radiators in my flat for these ones. The only thing my electrician complained about were short cable leads (def not 1.2m as expected). All installed and tested, there was no need to use heating yet but I am super confident that I am ready for winter. Radiators look very nice and hopefully there will be no issues with usage. I am over the moon with my selection and easy delivery. Thanks to CNM team.
