Bought this to do a few odd jobs around the garden plus some DIY work. Not sure if I expected it to be as big as it was! Cracking tool. With the correct blade nothing is impossible! And I do mean that as I've also used it to cut through a frozen haunch of venison (blade was sterilised beforehand but will keep one just for that little task in the future!).

Absolute beast of a saw, slices through 4mm thick aluminium chequer plate like a hot knife through butter with the blade included, just need to wax the blade with an old candle so the aluminium doesn't clog the blade. Used it on wet timber 60mm thick same result with the wood blade included. The only downside is speed is adjusted on the trigger not a separate speed controller, but it is controllable with practice. Used with 5ah batteries so got decent run time and they charge up quickly.

What’s not to like? Good price, great delivery for a quality tool that makes short work of rough cutting jobs. I’ve been using it to demolish 2x2 and 4x2 framing and it’s gone through timber, nails and screws effortlessly. I used Bosch Sabre blades rather than the supplied blades because they handle timber and metal equally well but blades never last long whatever the brand although I expect the saw will provide plenty of service. Highly recommended
