Precautions for using the BCL715G lithium-ion battery

This battery is for use only with this version of the NR90. Use with other tools may cause the tool not to operate correctly.
Be sure to remove the battery when the tool is not in use
If the battery is attached to the nailer for 12 hours or more, the battery's output will be automatically shut off due to the built in Auto Power OFF feature for the purpose of reducing battery consumption. In this event, the tool will not operate when the trigger is pulled, but this is not a malfunction.
In the event of Auto Power OFF, to make the tool usable again, detach and reattach the battery. If the tool still doesn't operate, the battery is likely empty and will need re-charging.
The battery cannot be charged if its temperature is below 0 degrees, or higher than 50 degrees.

Got the gun couldn't knock the delivery, gun wouldn't fire, spoke to hikoki helpline, they couldn't do anything, so sent it back, received it back nearly a month after purchase and they state no fault, it fired one nail and stopped again, had to hire a paslode, it fires fine, using the same gas from the Hikoki, will speak to Powertool Warehouse on Monday, if not will speak to the credit card as this is not fit for purpose and looking at comments its seems like its not isolated.

Brilliant tool for the price, does exactly what it’s meant to, has no problem sinking the nails, haven’t had to increase the depth yet as it sends them below flush

Hi, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that the warranty process isn’t what you were necessarily expecting, but once the tool has been used we have to refer the issue to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. I hope this explains a little, but should you need any further support in arranging the warranty please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help. Kind regards, Ian@Powertoolworld.co.uk

Bought this for my son, as a bit of a present. He's over the moon with it. Lighter than other models that he's used before. Delivery was spot on as well, with a given time slot.
