“I had no problem at all ordering and paying for this item, it was delivered on time with adequate packaging. The drill itself is fairly well made and packs a good punch when both used for drilling and screwing, the battery has good staying power and charging is not bad. The only thing that lets it down slightly is the battery has a lose fit when installed into the drill, which makes it feel a bit cheap when handling. If I had paid full price for this item and not got it on discount I would have sent it back but I only use it fot diy so its okay for ocational work.”

“This is my first 'decent' cordless drill/driver and I have to say that I am very pleased with it so far. I'm using it as a DIYer around the house so it was maybe a bit of overkill as a purchase but it is doing everything I need very well. Love the keyless chuck (OK, not a new innovation I know but it is for me having struggled with an ageing Bosch corded drill from the 1970s) and the work light is a real help for working in places where there is little light. It seems sturdy and well put together so I am expecting this de Walt tool to give me many years of service.”

“Not sure if item was new. Nothing was sealed. Not the drill, not the batteries. Actually the batteries have scratches on the label side. The box is from the dual set combi drill and driver. No item was secured in the box, they just throw everithing in this random box. It was probably the show item from the store, because the item was sold out after purchase .. Otherwise I can't explain the poor presentation.”
