“The cake arrived in a timely manner. It was much smaller than it looked on the website and the card was a waste of time. When I removed the cake from the box, most of the edging biscuits (dog bones) fell off.
The card went straight in the bin, followed by the cake shortly afterwards as the dog refused to eat it. All i all it was a complete waste of money.”
Hi Donna, thanks for your feedback, we do state the size/dimensions of the cake in the introduction text to the product so customers can know the size before ordering. This is the first bad review we've had for this cake where the dog doesn't like it though, so that is unfortunate as we sell lots of these cakes every month with no complaint. I've just sent you a £5 voucher via email to use on the site.
