“I love our Roddy Pooky Wall Lights. They have given the final touch to our wonderful hallway. The sunbeam type reflections on the ceiling are absolutely beautiful too. I waited a while for them to restock but it was worth. The order process was super easy and I received an emailed notification as soon as they were back in stock. They were delivered within 48 hours of ordering and packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.”

“I purchased 3 of the Roddy Wall Lights, I had my eye on them for a while but they sold out a few times. I signed up for a stock reminder and missed it again! But I was thrilled when Pooky emailed me to say a small quantity we're back in stock so I purchased them straight away. I had compared the lights to several other similar designs from different companies such as Jim Lawrence, Soho Home and Graham & Green but I felt these ones we're good value for the money and also looked great. The materials are good quality as well. They arrived quickly, well packaged as Pooky always is. I am really pleased with them I can't wait to get them put up in the kitchen when my house renovation is complete!”

Sorry to hear that your product was not up to scratch. We're always happy to discuss or send a replacement if there's a problem - you just need to let us know. This product is handmade from cast brass and brass sheet and on rare occasions the holes for the rods are imperfectly aligned. It's rare, we do check for it, but on rare occasion one slips through. Sorry that this happened with yours. With regards - Tim
