“While these are shown up or down, as uplighters the water sits on the glass and pools, not ideal, so switched round. Wanted them to shine through plants at back as using as small wall lights. Wires very tight with distance. Not been switched on yet but described accurately.”

“Lovely design. Nice and sturdy and waterproof. Product was as described, and delivery was fine. Just a couple of criticisms: 1/ The description explains that a separate LED driver will need to be sourced. It says: "(Please note this product is 12V so if youre using mains electricity, you'll need a transformer. Your electrician will advise you - the transformer you require will depend on a number of factors.)" However, it would just be so much easier if you offered an LED driver and connectors as an option with the product (at least for each lamp, and possibly one driver suitable for whatever number is ordered). Our electrician bought a couple of drivers, but they were too large and not outdoor rated. he ended up having to send them back, and I sourced some smaller outdoor rated ones. There was no max wattage, only typical, in your spec, so I had to guess. All unnecessary faff. Here's an example of what you could supply for a single light: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Eaglerise-Transformer-Constant-Current-Waterproof/dp/B07QYV3QY3?th=1 Also, why so cryptic? If the transformer "will depend on a number of factors", pls say what they are. Your product description has to be usable by electricians and home DIY enthusiasts, not just the ultimate consumer. 2/ The wires are unnecessarily short (about 5cm). Of course we can connect longer wire to them, but that makes for a less reliable and less waterproof solution in many outdoor settings.”
