“The fitting looks nice, but the wiring and electrical connector provided are not ideal. There is also no adjustment to allow it to be levelled - meaning that the holes for the fitting have to be exactly right - not always easy or even possible to achieve. The connector block is too large to to fit between the plate and the wall and the wires are over long to be able to easily squeeze them into the space between the wall and the plate. If you have a recess in the wall to fit it all into then it can work, but we don't and I didn't want to make it any larger. I ended up changing the wiring block for something smaller and trimming the wires to be shorter. The job ended up being more difficult than it should have been.”

Hi Eric, Thank you for this feedback and my apologies again that you had some issues with the installation. These are a new product for us and came from customer requests for smaller fittings with smaller backplates. Unfortunately with a smaller backplate this does limit how much of the wiring you can fit within the backplate itself so it would require for you to make your wall hole slightly larger in order to fit the connection box behind the recess. The connection boxes can also be divided into 3 to allow that slightly easier but I am so sorry you weren't able to do that. I am glad to hear you were able to fit them in the end but I am so sorry it was trickier than we would have liked and I will be sure to pass your feedback on to our production team to see if we can find anyway around this with our next batch.
