“A beautiful hand made lamp rich in colour. Our first purchase had a small chip on the base. I contacted Pooky and they arranged a replacement straight away. I had to email a photo. Excellent customer service no quibbles easy return of damaged item. Quick delivery of replacement. I now has perfect lamp very pleased. Our lass has already found her next lamp. Brilliant quality style and service. Thank you”
