“I was a little worried in advance that my pair of Luty lamps would turn out to look like dark-stained sticks of wood, as the design is quite minimal. They are actually very elegant, high quality wood, beautifully turned, and exceptionally tall, which is what I was looking for, to sit either side of our master bed. They already look as if they’ve been here for years. The most important thing is they are incredibly functional, they are sturdy and steady and emit a charming light into the room while, because of their height, sending a strong light downward to make excellent reading lamps.”
