“Lovely shape and colour. The marble effect is a nice touch. Very high quality but has that hand made touch. The brass work adds to the classy look. So happy I got this!”

“The base is beautifully heavy and smooth and the marbled effect is even more striking in real life. I combined this with the parchment shade in "sunshine" for contrast and love the effect.”

“Arrived very quickly However unfortunately there was some damage to the joint onto the gold bulb holder. Understandably as it is blown glass imperfections are to be expected but I would have expected this slice in the glass to be noticed and sorted. I do love the lamp however and kept it. Also the returns policy is so complicated which is delaying an unwanted shade return due to my busy lifestyle”

I would encourage you to get in touch with our sales team on hello@pooky.com, as they would be more than happy to resolve any issues for you. In regards to our returns policy- we do use third party companies, so are dictated slightly by their processes. However, many of our customers do find this easy to use, so I'm so sorry if that has not been the case for you.
