“I took so long to choose this lamp amongst all the others on Black Friday that I ordered the wrong colour and because the dispatch was so quick I had to wait for it to arrive before contacting customer service to arrange collection and order a replacement. I must thank Beth who sorted it all out and within days I now have the lamp and a beautiful pooky shade....i judge a company on how they act when things go wrong and how they help put things right. 10/10 and I continue to recommend to family and friends and hope to be able to buy more beautiful lamps in the future.”

“A bit disappointed to be honest. It is more bare wood than any trace of natural whitewash. It doesn't seem to bear much resemblance to the picture as advertised. It is obviously in two parts and the lower part of the stem is a markedly different colour to the top.”
