“Really frustrating experience with this item. It arrived faulty, with the ability to put it together but can't unscrew the collar to get the lampshade on. I injured my hand trying to get the collar to budge, but no luck. To be fair, the customer service folk were helpful & booked a collection + replacement. I packaged it all up & waited, but the collection didn't happen, & I got absolutely no communication about the collection. The delivery company claimed that they had attempted to collect the item, when they hadn't. It's ended up being a high price item that has been a total headache & waste of my time.”

When using third party couriers, such as DPD, it reduces the control we have over the customer experience once this leaves our warehouse.
