“The lamp was exactly what I was looking for. I had bought a shade elsewhere but found the perfect lamp base on Pooky. The only downside was the use of Parcelforce for bigger deliveries such as mine. An extremely slow service when compared to competitors such as DPD and the box arrived damaged (although the lamp was fine)”

Hi Andy, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback! I am so sorry that this happened to your parcel during delivery. Some of our products they're too large to deliver with DPD and this is why we have to use Parcel Force. I will of course pass this on and try to improve this in the future! Best wishes, Mara
