“Well, what can I say about the process regarding the purchase of these shades! The finishing of the edges on the initial two shades and the “checked before sending replacement order” were terrible. Absolutely full of jagged chips. This is accentuated when a light is put inside. Customer Service did their best but in this case the shades are just not up to the standard they should be. Very disappointing. Both orders returned. Not the quality item expected from Pooky.”
