“The lights are beautiful and look exactly as I'd hoped and I'm very pleased with them. However, I have a tiny criticism in that it would have been nice to have a scrap of paper with instructions for shortening them. Most people don't put up new lights every day or even every week and while we did eventually get it sorted, it took us an hour to shorten the first one while removing short lengths of chain, but only ten minutes to shorten the second after we'd figured out there was a quicker way. Finally, fitting these is a 2 person job. They are extremely heavy and you need one person to take the weight of the fitting and to adjust the rose to the correct place while the other holds the brass (and therefore non-magnetic) screws and screws them into place (cross head screws would have helped for this instead of flat head). All in all, very pleased, very happy and would buy again.”

“The pendant is incredible! We purchased the large pendant which was a bit too big for our room so we returned it for the smaller version which is the right size. The cords are really long but your electrician can set the pendant to the height you require. Really happy with the pendant!”
