“Lovely unusual pendant in a pretty soft grey - though I would have liked it to look a little more “conctetey” as it was so perfect it almost looks like clay. The wire is a nice design feature too.”

Hi Sara- I'm sorry to see you were disappointed with the quality of your pendant! We are always more than happy to see if there is anything we can do for our customers in this instance, so if you did want to send images of the parts you are referring to then we would be more than happy to look at these. The email is hello@pooky.com It is also worth pointing out that these are made from a natural material, that can mark and chip quite easily. Due to this, we do expect some flaws to be present on the pendant but believe this adds to their charm!
